NGO MORRINHO A SMALL REVOLUTION

Situated in the Vila Pereira da Silva community, NGO Morrinho aims to effect the entry of its professional enterprises into an increasingly more globalised market, besides offering the opportunity of professional qualifications to the youth and adolescents of this community, thus contributing directly to the socio-cultural and economic development of the surrounding area.

The organisation is involved in the development of four enterprises, of which three are already functioning enterprises, these are:

	Production of independent and/or contracted audiovisual material;
	Guided tours to the Morrinho model;
	Exhibition of a reduced-sized replica of the original 300sqm model;
	Proposes to offer professional qualifications to the residents of the Pereirão Community through workshops in various areas including audiovisual production, art-education, Brazilian culture, and youth and citizenship.
